摘　　要：提出了注射模结构分析模型的简化规则,利用正交试验法分析了模具3种大尺寸特征导向部件、浇注系统、冷却系统对模具变形分析的影响,并进行试验验证,确定了最优的注射模结构简化方案。The simplification criteria of the structural analysis model for injection mould were proposed. Using the orthogonal experiment method, the effect of three largescale fea tures, namely, guide component, gating system and cooling system, on mould deformation was analyzed. An experiment was carried out to verify the analysis model and the opti mum simplification model was determined.
