摘　　要："植物组织培养"课程教学体系建设应以实习基地为依托,实施工学结合,以蝴蝶兰组培苗工厂化生产与经营管理为主线,建立突出学生主体地位的实践教学平台,并构建以培养学生综合能力为目标的课程群。The curriculum teaching system of plant tissue culture is based on internship base with work integrated learning. Focusing on production and management of tissue culture work process of moth orchid, the teaching system aims to construct a student centered teaching platform, which can improve students＇ comprehensive ability.
