氯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚树脂在农业用PVC-U管材加工中的研究与应用

摘　　要：以氯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯(VC-BA)作为一种节水农用PVC-U管材增韧改性剂,通过熔融共混的挤出加工工艺,制备了一定规格的农用PVC-U输水管试样。检测结果表明,与原配方比较,新配方体系的挤出加工性能得到了改善,融熔温度降低了5℃,塑化时间缩短,挤出效率提高了4.7%,管材制品的柔韧性、承压能力等指标得到显著提升。applicable to making Using vinyl chloride-butyl acrylate copolymer resins as toughening modifying agent？which be to a sort of PVC-U pipe about water-saving agriculture.
