摘 要:展会的知识产权保护可以分为两方面:一方面是对展会内容的知识产权保护;另一方面是对展会本身的知识产权保护,这有着极为重要的意义。首先,展会品牌从单纯的名称到品牌,其中融入了大量的人类智慧和心血,具有了无形财产权的价值属性,具备知识产权属性。其次,展会标志作为一个整体,具有知识产权属性,是权利人重要的财产。第三,网页及域名同样具有知识产权属性。本文在分析展会的知识产权侵权基础上结合具体案例,论述目前保护体系,提出完善建议。The intellectual property protection for exhibition can be divided into two aspects: one is the protection to the content of the exhibition, the other is that to the exhibition itself. This protection is very meaningful. Firstly, the exhibition brand, which is evoluted from a simple name, contains a large number of human wisdom and efforts, and has the value of intangible property and the characteristic of intellectual property. Secondly, the logo of exhibition as a whole has the characteristic of intellectual property and is the vital property for the obligee. Finally, the web and domain name also bears the characteristic of intellectual property. Combined with some specific cases, this paper analyzes the infringement of intellectual property right of exhibition, discusses the current protection system and puts forward some suggestions to improve the protection.
