摘 要:为研究综采工作面采煤机产生的谐波干扰,依据MG900/2210-WD电牵引采煤机牵引系统构成及速度调节方式,运用MATLAB//SIMULINK软件建立了牵引系统的仿真模型并进行了仿真试验。仿真结果表明:在额定转速下,牵引电动机电流畸变较为严重,低次谐波含量丰富,电压谐波在整个2 kHz范围内都有分布;牵引系统对电网产生的谐波电流以5次、7次和11次为主,幅值分别约为56.3、21.3和7.9 A。仿真分析结果表明:采煤机牵引系统产生谐波严重,尤其是低次谐波,牵引系统中变频设备输出侧谐波对电网影响较小,对于综采工作面与采煤机共用电源的设备需要采取抑制谐波干扰的措施。In order to study the harmonic disturbances occurred from the coal shearer in the fully mechanized coal mining face, according to the composition and the speed regulation mode of the haulage system in the MG900/2210- WD electric haulage coal shearer, the MATLAB//SIMULINK software was applied to establish the simulation model of the haulage model and a simulation experiment was conducted. The simulation results showed that under the rated speed, the current distortion of the haulage motor would be serious, the second harmonic content would be rich and the voltage harmonics all would be distributed within the 2 kHz scope. The harmonic current occurred by the haulage system to the electric network would be 5,7 and 11 times mainly and the amplitude would be 55. 3,21.3 and 7. 9 A individually. The simulation results showed that the harmonic occurred from the haulage system of the coal shearer would be serious, especially the low second harmonic. The harmonic at the output side of the frequency conversion equipment in the haulage system would have less in- fluence to the electric network and as for the electric power equipment jointly shared by the coal mining face and the coal shearer,certain measures should be taken to control the harmonic disturbances.
