摘　　要：可编程控制器(PLC)以其功能强大、通用灵活、可靠性高、环境适应性好、编程简单等一系列特点,目前已被广泛应用于各领域,尤其是科技含量相对较高的机电一体化设备中。由于接触程度有限,在此仅就PLC在液压式启闭机中的应用进行探讨。通过介绍传感器、可编程控制器(PLC)、流量控制阀等部件,简要说明PLC与各部件联合工作下液压式启闭机的自动纠偏过程。Programmable logic controller（PLC） with powerful function,flexible,high reliability,environmental adaptability and simple programming has been widely used in various fields,especially in the electromechanical integration equipment with high technological content.Due to the limited contact,only the application of PLC in the hydraulic hoist machine is studied in the paper.By introducing the sensor,programmable logic controller（PLC） and flow control valves,the automatic skew detection of hydraulic hoist in joint work is described briefly.
