摘 要:目的观察芪黄益肺合剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠气道炎症因子及肺组织形态学的影响。方法单纯熏烟造模,造模后的60只SD雄性大鼠,随机分为正常组、COPD模型组、百灵胶囊对照组及芪黄益肺合剂低、中、高剂量组(均10只),观察各组治疗后大鼠气道病理组织形态学变化及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF-a)水平。结果组织形态学变化:芪黄益肺合剂组较模型组减轻,BALF中IL-8、TNF-a含量较模型组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论芪黄益肺合剂对COPD大鼠气道炎症有一定抑制作用。Objective To study the effect of Qihuangyifei Mixture (QM) on the inflammatory in rat with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods After molding sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal group, COPD model group , Bailing cap- sule control group and low, middle, high doses of QM groups( all n = 10) . The COPD model was establish by being exposed to simple fume The levels of interleukin 8 ( IL - 8 ) and tumor necrosis factor ( TNF - a) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were measured and the pathology of the airway and lung tissue was observed affter treatment. Results The pathological changes were lessen in QM groups, and the levels of IL - 8 and TNF - a in BALF of QM groups were lower than in model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion QM can reduce the levels of IL - 8 and TNF - a in BALF and has inhibitory effect on inflammation in the airway with COPD.
