摘　　要：以2007～2010年主板市场上的A股家族上市公司为研究样本,分类检验了会计信息质量对职业经理CEO和家族CEO更换决策的作用。研究发现,会计信息质量与职业经理CEO更换可能性显著负相关,但没有显著影响CEO更换与会计业绩的敏感程度;另一方面,会计信息质量与家族CEO更换可能性没有显著关系,也没有显著影响CEO更换对会计业绩的敏感程度。研究结果表明,会计信息质量有助于我国家族上市公司董事会对职业经理CEO监管机制作用的发挥;同时,会计信息质量未在家族CEO更换决策中发挥作用,说明家族治理机制对会计信息系统产生了替代效应。Using A shares listed companies on main board as the research samples from 2007 to 2010,this paper examines the quality of accounting information on the replacement decision-making role of professional managers CEO and family CEO.The study has found that there is a significant negative correlation between the quality of accounting information and the possibility of professional manager CEO’s replacement,but the quality of accounting information did not significantly affect the sensitive degree between professional manager CEO’s turnover and firm accounting performance.On the other hand,there is not a significant negative correlation between the quality of accounting information and the possibility of occupation manager CEO’s replacement,the quality of accounting information did not significantly affect the sensitive degree between professional manager CEO turnover and firm accounting performance too.The results show that the quality of accounting information contributes to family board of directors of the listed company on professional manager CEO’s regulatory mechanism function.At the same time,the facts that the quality of accounting information does not play a role in the family of CEO’s replacement decisions show that,family governance mechanism produces a substitution effect on the accounting information system.
