摘 要:随着常规能源的逐渐衰竭和环境污染的日益加重,大规模发展基于可再生能源的分布式发电技术已是必然趋势。分布式能源主要通过微电网接入配电网。配电终端是配电自动化系统中基本的底层控制单元,传统配电终端已不能满足含微电网的新型配电网的监控需求。为了适应微电网接入对配电网的影响,需要将传统配电终端升级改造为基于IEC 61850的分布式能源智能监控终端。分析了微电网分层监控架构在通信系统方面对分布式能源智能监控终端提出的新需求,在传统配电终端的IEC 61850信息模型中引入了IEC 61850-7-420中定义的分布式能源控制领域的相关逻辑设备和逻辑节点,给出了基于IEC 61850的分布式能源智能监控终端的信息模型及信息交互模型。在信息快速有效交互的基础上,基于IEC 61850的分布式能源智能监控终端能够实现包括微电网模式平滑切换在内的多种微电网高级控制策略。With the exhaustion of conventional energy and environmental deterioration,large scale development of distributed generation technology based on renewable energy is inevitable.Distributed energy resource(DER) mainly interconnect to distribution network in the form of microgrid.Acting as the basic bottom control unit of distribution automation system,conventional distribution terminal can no longer meet the monitoring needs of modern distribution network containing microgrid.In order to accommodate to the influence of microgrid on distribution network,conventional distribution terminal must be updated to IEC 61850 based intelligent monitoring terminal for DER.New needs of the communication system of intelligent monitoring terminal of DER raised by the layered monitoring architecture of microgrid are analyzed.Related logical devices and logical nodes in the field of DER control defined in IEC 61850-7-420 are introduced into IEC 61850 information model of conventional distribution terminal.Information model and information exchange model of IEC 61850 based intelligent monitoring terminal of DER are proposed.On the basis of fast and effective information exchange,several microgrid advanced control strategies including control mode smoothly switching from parallel mode to island mode can be implemented.
