HPLC双波长法测定更年安胶囊中二苯乙烯苷和五味子醇甲的含量

摘　　要：目的建立更年安胶囊中二苯乙烯苷和五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法采用液相色谱双波长法对制剂中首乌藤、制何首乌及五味子中的二苯乙烯苷、五味子醇甲进行定量分析。结果二苯乙烯苷进样量在0.004～1.9μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),回收率为97.5%(RSD为1.1%);五味子醇甲进样量在0.005～1.0μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),回收率为102.5%(RSD为0.7%)。结论该方法可靠,准确,专属性强,可有效控制更年安胶囊的质量。Objective To establish a method for the determination of stilbene glucoside and schisandrin in Gengnianr an Capsules. Methods Stilbene glucoside and schisandrin of caulis polygoni multiflori, radix polygoni multiflori and schisandra chinensis were de- termined by HPLC with dual wavelength. Results The linear range was 0. 004-1.9 μg （r=0. 999 9） for stilbene glucoside. The av- erage recovery was 97.5 % （RSD= t. 1 ~ ）. The linear range of sehisandrin was 0. 005-1.0 μg （ r= 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 102.5% （RSD= 0. 7% ）. Conclusion The method is reliable, accurate and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Gengnian＇an Capsules.
