摘　　要：目的探讨湿痒洗剂对皮肤病原菌的抑制作用及其止痒效果。方法观察湿痒洗剂对金葡菌、大肠杆菌、白色假丝酵母菌所致各组小鼠皮肤感染面积的变化情况,评价湿痒洗剂的抑菌作用。观察湿痒洗剂对4-氨基吡啶(4-AP)所致小鼠和磷酸组胺所致豚鼠皮肤瘙痒的影响,评价湿痒洗剂的止痒作用。结果湿痒洗剂对金葡菌、大肠杆菌、白色假丝酵母菌所致的皮肤感染损伤有明显的促进皮损消退作用,对4-AP或磷酸组胺所致皮肤瘙痒有明显的止痒作用。结论湿痒洗剂对金葡菌、大肠杆菌、白色假丝酵母菌等皮肤病原菌有明显的抑制作用;湿痒洗剂对4-AP所致小鼠皮肤瘙痒及对磷酸组胺所致豚鼠皮肤瘙痒有明显的止痒作用。Objective To study the inhibitory effects of skin pathogens and the anti-itch effect of Shiyang Lotion. Methods The effect of the skin infection by Staphylococcus aureus ,Escherichia coli, and Candida albicans was evaluated. The anti-pathogen effect was observed by 4-AP on mice, and histamine on guinea pig. Results After being treated by Shiyang Lotion, the lesions, and itching caused by 4-AP on mice and histamine on guinea pigs were relieved. Conclusions Shiyang Lotion on Staphylococcus aureus,Esche- richia coli, Candida albicans skin pathogen has the obvious inhibitory action. Shiyang Lotion has effect on 4-AP induced skin pru- ritus and histamine caused skin pruritus.
