摘  要:目的探讨缩泉丸配伍的机制,确定各味药物在方中的作用。方法对缩泉丸进行全拆方研究,分别为正常对照组、模型对照组、缩泉丸全方组、益智仁组、乌药组、山药组、益智仁+乌药组、益智仁+山药组、乌药+山药组。除正常对照组外,各组用D-半乳糖诱导亚急性衰老模型,造模给药后各组用尿动力仪检测膀胱功能,用ELISA法测定与尿液生成相关的水通道蛋白AQP2、神经内分泌激素ALD和ADH的含量。结果缩泉丸全方对模型大鼠尿液生成相关的AQP2、ADH、ALD含量及尿液储存排泄相关的BLPP、ALPP、BC及MVP、PVR、EV都有显著影响(P<0.01),且与各拆方组比较作用最强。单味药比较益智仁作用最强,能提高模型大鼠尿中AQP2含量、升高血清中ALD含量,提高衰老膀胱BLPP、ALPP、MVP、PVR、EV(P<0.01~0.05);乌药对尿液生成方面作用显著,能升高模型大鼠尿中AQP2、血清中ADH含量,能升高衰老膀胱BLPP、MVP、PVR、EV(P<0.01~0.05),与益智仁配伍后增效,能显著增高模型大鼠尿中AQP2含量(P<0.01);山药能显著改善衰老膀胱功能,对模型大鼠BLPP、ALPP、MVP、PVR、EV升高有显著作用(P<0.01),与乌药配伍后药效显著增强,对所测指标均有显著作用(P<0.01~0.05)。结论研究结果与缩泉丸"益智仁为君,乌药为臣,山药为佐"的传统配伍诠释相符。Objective To study the compatibility of composite Chinese medicines of the Suoquan Pills. Method The combinations in- cluded Alpiniae Oxyphyllae,Radix Linderae, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Alpiniae Oxyphyllae + Radix Linderae, Alpiniae Oxyphyllae + Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix Linderae+ Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Radix Linderae+ Rhizoma Dioscoreae and Suoquan Pills. Rats were treated respectively with the combination of herbs and D-gal,and the normal group was set up at the same time. The bladder func- tion was assessed by urodynamics, and the AQP2,ALD,and ADH associated with the urine formation were measured by ELISA technique. Result Among the separated recipes groups,the group of Suoquan Pills was better than the other groups evidently. Suo- quan Pills increased the AQP2, ALD, and ADH content, improved the BLPP, ALPP, MVP, PVR, EV, and reduced the BC(P〈 0.01) when compared with the control group. Alpiniae Oxyphyllae had the strongest effect of single herb, and it increased the AQP2, ALD contents, improved the BLPP, ALPP, MVP, PVR, EV (P〈0. 01-0. 05) when compared with the control group ; Radix Linderae has significant effects on the urine formation, and it increased the AQP2, ADH contents, improved the BLPP, MVP, PVR,EV(P〈0. 01-0. 05) when compared with the control group; combination of Alpiniae Oxyphyllae had better efficacy, which can increase the AQP2 (P〈0.01) content of model rats in urine. Rhizoma Dioscoreae played an important role in ameliorating the senescent bladder function, and it improved the BLPP, ALPP, MVP, PVR, EV(P〈0. 01-0. 05) of model rats ; combination of Radix Linderae had better efficacy in all we checked. Conclusion The result comfirmed that Alpiniae Oxyphyllae are the basis, while Radix Linderae and Rhizoma Dioscoreae are the adjuvans,which is conformed to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine
