摘　　要：目的:采用不同的肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)阻断剂干预,观察Zucker肥胖大鼠(ZF鼠)肝脏脂肪含量的变化。方法:12周龄ZF鼠(24只)随机分为4组,分别给予奥美沙坦(ARB组)、替莫普利(ACEI组)、奥美沙坦联合替莫普利(ARB+ACEI组)干预4周,与空白对照组比较,观察ZF鼠肝脏脂肪含量及血脂谱等的变化。结果:干预组ZF鼠血压均较对照组明显下降。3种干预对ZF鼠血胆固醇、三酰甘油水平无明显影响。ARB组治疗后肝脏三酰甘油含量[LTG,(19.9±2.4)mg.g-1 vs.(31.6±9.6)mg.g-1,P<0.05]和肝脏总胆固醇含量[LTC,(1.13±0.07)mg.g-1 vs.(1.52±0.07)mg.g-1,P<0.05]较对照组明显下降,ACEI组较对照组无明显改变,而ARB+ACEI组治疗后LTG及LTC有升高趋势。结论:奥美沙坦显著减少ZF鼠肝脏甘油三酯及总胆固醇含量,而替莫普利及其联合干预无有益影响。OBJECTIVE To investigate the changes of the liver fat contents in Zucker fatty rats by treatment with different rennin-angiotensin system blockers.METHODS Twelve-week old male Zucker fatty rats（ZF rats,n=24） were randomly divided into four groups： one served as control group and the other 3 groups were treated with olmesartan（ARB group）,temocapril（ACEI group）,olmesartan and temocapril（ARB＋ACEI group） for 4 weeks,respectively.Liver fat content and the blood lipid profiles were measured.RESULTS Blood pressure of 3 treatment groups was significantly lowered as compared with the control.Plasma levels of triglyceride（TG） and cholesterol（TC） were compared between 4 groups.Olmesartan treatment remarkably decreased the liver TG content ·g-1 vs.（31.6±9.6） mg·g-1,P0.05] and liver TC content ·g-1 vs.（1.52±0.07） mg·g-1,P0.05] when compared to the control group.Temocapril treatment did not exert any effects on LTG and LTC.Interestingly,the combination with olmesartan and temocapril increased LTG and LTC to some extent.CONCLUSION Olmesartan treatment significantly lowers LTG and LTC in ZF rats,while tempocapril and its combined treatment with olmesartan might not be beneficial to hepatic fat deposition.
