双联双签名输液单在输液安全中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过对双联双签名输液单的应用，有效的提高输液的安全性和病人对输液满意度，防止输液环节中护患纠纷的发生。方法随机将我院化疗一科和化疗二科静脉输液病人分成对照组和实验组，对照组按照常规对输液病人进行输液单管理，实验组实行双联双签名制度对输液单进行管理，两组进行输液差错发生情况以及病人对护士信任度的比较和分析。结果比对数据显示。实验组输液差错发生率显著降低，病人对输液的信任度、满意度明显提高。结论输液单双联双签名制度的执行，最大限度的减少输液过程中差错的发生，增强了护士的责任心和输液的安全性，增加了病人对输液的安全感和信任感，护患诚信达成了共识，同时也使病人的权力得到了充分保障，值得推广。Objective The application of the form of transfusion with two pages and two signatures has been increased the safety of transfusion and the satisfaction of transfusion of patients efficiently, to prevent the occurrence of disputes in the link of transfusion. Methods Put the patients of the de- partment of chemotherapy A and department of chemotherapy B into two random group, the control group and the experimental group, the doctor can use normal way to manage the form of transfusion for the patients of control group and use the form of transfusion with two pages and two signatures to manage the patients of experimental group, to compare and analyze the confidence level of patient to nurse with the conditions of the mistake of transfusion be- tween two groups. Results the data shows us the incidence of mistake of transfusion in experimental group is reduced, the satisfaction and confidence level of transfusion of patients is increased. Conclusions The form of transfusion with two pages and two signatures has reduced the incidence of mistake in transfusion, and the sense of responsibility of nurse and the safety of transfusion is increased, the confidence level and the sense of security in transfu- sion of patients is increased, meanwhile, the rights of patients has been protected adequately, it is worthy to be popularized.
