摘  要:针对传统双端面磨床恒转速磨削存在加工精度不高的缺点,提出了一种送料圆盘转速预测方法。首先根据恒磨除率原理和上下砂轮与送料圆盘的几何关系,建立了双端面磨削的数学模型;提出了送料圆盘变速控制方法,给出了每旋转一个角度后工件的磨削厚度和送料圆盘速度计算公式,根据工件磨削余量与光磨条件,计算了上砂轮的倾斜角调整值。将上述算法移植到力士乐MTX数控系统中,采用YTDM 580CNC/CBN数控立式双端面磨床对活塞环进行了磨削实验,经仪器检测,产品尺寸误差在2μm以内,表面粗糙度小于0.2μm。The grinding precision of double surface grinder is low with conventional method of con- stant rotation speed, and a predictive method was presented for the speed of the grinder's carrying workpiece disk herein. The mathematical model of the hi-planar grinding was established according to the grinding principle of constant removal rate and the geometrical relationship of grinding wheel and carrying workpiece disk, and the varying speed control method and its formula of the disk were proposed. The grinding wheel's tool orthogonal rake was adjusted by calculating the position marginal differential value on horizontal direction and vertical direction of the upper grinding wheel and the low- er grinding wheel.
