止咳平喘苗药对咳嗽型哮喘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究止咳平喘苗药对治疗咳嗽型哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法收集120例于2010年1月~2012年12月来我院就诊和住院的CVA患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者给予氨茶碱片,观察组患者给予止咳平喘苗药,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果全部病例经2～4周的治疗,对照组的总有效率为60.00%,观察组的总有效率为95.00%;对照组半年内的复发率为51.67%,其中有3例转变为典型哮喘,观察组半年内的复发率为16.67%,没有患者转变为典型哮喘。比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论止咳平喘苗药根据苗医理论,采用多种中药制成的方剂,对咳嗽性哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To research the clinical effect of Miao Nationality＇ s Herbs for relieving cough and asthma in the treatment of cough variant asthma, and summary the experience of treatment. Methods 120 cases of CVA were randomly divided into observation group 60 cases and control group 60 cases from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital. The control group patients were given Aminophyline Tablets, while the observation group were given Miao Nationality＇ s Herbs for relieving cough and asthma. Compared the efficacy of two groups. Results After all cases were treated for 2 ~4 weeks, the control group＇ s total efficiency was 60.00%, and the observation group＇ s total efficiency was 95.00%. The recurrence rate of control group was 51.67% in half a year, including 3 cases transforming into typical asthma; and the observation group＇ s was 16.67%, no patients transforming into typical asthma. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mi^o Nationality＇ s Herbs for relieving cough and asthma were selected precious tunnel medicine medicines, possessing the efficacy of clearing heat diminish inflammation, emnellishing lung breathes, relieving cough and reducing sputum, tretching liver to amooth Qi. It was safety and efficiency, treating both symptoms and root causes. It is worth applying in the clinical expansion.
