摘　　要：目的探讨他克莫司、NB-UVB联合中药浴治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取2011年9月～2012年6月我院收治的42例银屑病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组21例,观察组患者采用他克莫司、NB-UVB联合中药浴治疗,对照组患者进行NB-UVB照射治疗。结果观察组的PAS1评分改善程度和临床有效率与对照组相比增加,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用他克莫司、NB-UVB联合中药浴对银屑病进行治疗可取得显著的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus, NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese bath in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods 42 psoriatic patients in our hospital from September 2011 to June 2012 were chosen as the research object. They were randomly divided into two groups, and each group was of 21 cases. The observation group was taken with tacrolimus, NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath, and the control group was taken with NB-UVB radiation therapy. Results The PAS1 score improvement and clinical efficiency in the observation group was higher than the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tacrolimus, NB-UVB combined with traditional Chinese medicine bath in the treatment of psoriasis can achieve remarkable clinical efficacy.
