摘　　要：目的探讨中医内科临床实习教改方法,提高实习医生临床诊断思维和临床操作综合能力。方法在本科医学专业学生临床实习工作中,采取和加强以下几个方面的措施:(1)加强对学生实习前的培训;(2)加强基地内涵建设,提高教师队伍的质量;(3)规范临床实习教学模式,结合多种教学方法;(4)改革出科考核制度,对学生所掌握的理论与实践知识严格把关。结果通过规范的培训、实践与考核,使得实习医生临床思维、动手操作、应对患者自信能力增强。结论通过教学改革,更有利于医学生临床能力的全面培养。Objective To investigate the Traditional Chinese Internal clinical internship education reform to improve the interns clinical diagnostic thinking and clinical operations ability. Methods In undergraduate medical students in clinical practice work,to take measures to strengthen the following aspects：（1）To strengthen the training of students before practice;（2）To strengthen the base connotation construction,improve the quality of teachers;（3） Standardize clinical practice teaching mode,combined with a variety of teaching methods;（4）Reform course completion examination system,students master the theory and practice of knowledge strict. Results By standard training,practice and assessment interns clinical thinking,hands-on and respond to patient self-confidence enhanced. Conclusion By teaching reform,more cortducive to the comprehensive training of medical students＇ clinical ability,
