摘　　要：水路运输价格低、运量大而成为国际物流运输主要方式,船员是运输过程中的智力支持。在培养船员能力中,发现船员的心理素质对其在远洋航行及水路运输过程中的安全具有重要影响。本研究通过大量实证研究的基础上对船员深度知觉、反应速度、注意力集中和分配、智力、应对能力、社会支持、复原力等7项心理指标进行测量,通过因子分析对各因子进行考察,分类命名并解释,探索建立因子结构模型,为船员的心理素质评价及航海类学生教学提供理论和指导依据。Water transport price is low, it is big and become an international logistics transportation main way, crew is transport process of intellectual support. In the cultivation of the crew ability, found that the crew of the psychological quality of the ocean voyage and water transport process has important influence on the safety. Through the analysis of a large number of empirical research of the material basis for crew depth per- ception and reaction rate, concentration and distribution, intelligence, coping ability, social support, restoring force and seven psychological index measurement, through the factor analysis of each factor to carry on the inspection, classified naming and explain, explore establish factor structure model, for the crew of the psychological quality evaluation and navigation class teaching students to provide a theoretical basis and guidance.
