安徽省农业研发特征与问题分析

摘　　要：农业是国民经济的基础,农业科技进步对农业发展的贡献日益突出,强化并优化农业研发(R&D)是大势所趋。本文运用安徽省第二次全国R&D资源清查的数据资料,从农业研发的财力、人力、项目与成果角度,分析了安徽省农业研发的基本特征以及存在的主要问题,并提出相应对策建议。Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, the technology make increasingly prominent contribution to the development of agriculture. So strengthen and optimize agricultural research and development （R＆D） is an irresistible trend. In this study, based on the second national R＆D resources inventory dates of Anhui province, in the respects of financial, human resources, projects and achievements of agricultural R＆D, we had analyzed the basic characteristics and the main problems of the agricultural R＆D in Anhui, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions bad been proposed.
