摘  要:溪洛渡水电站左、右岸地下厂房厂内各安装两台1 000 t/100 t/10 t电动双梁主副梁,小车桥式起重机,其跨度28 m,两台大车单侧各布置轮子12个,每个轮子产生的最大轮压为1 100 kN。所以,水电站地下厂房岩壁吊车梁承担的桥机轮压较大,根据可行性研究阶段的刚体极限平衡及平面、三维有限元计算分析成果,结合技施阶段的轮压荷载,进行复核分析,确定最终的岩壁吊车粱体型及锚固方案。Two 1000t/100t/10t electric double main beams and secondary beams are installed in the underground power house at the left bank and right bank of Xiloudu Hydropower Station respectively.The trolley crone is used with 28m span and 12 wheels at each side of the two cars.The maximum wheel pressure produced by each wheel is 1100KN.Therefore the abutment pressure of wheel for the rock wall crane beam of underground power house is comparatively high.Based on the results of rigid body limit equilibrium,3 D finite element method in feasibility study,combined with wheel pressure load and check calculation in construction stage,the type of rock wall crane beam and anchoring scheme are determined.
