摘　　要：以业扩报装流程为核心的流程化用电管理信息系统 ,是一个基于知识系统的智能型用电管理系统 ,它由数据库系统和知识库系统两部分组成 .数据库系统支持用电管理的各项基本功能 ;知识库系统是系统的智能部分 ,可以利用专家知识进行推理 ,产生供电方案 .The MIS of processed power consuming is discussed based on the process of business extension. It is an intelligent system based on knowledge system. The system consists of a database system and a knowledge base system. The former realizes the basic function of power consuming, and the later realizes the intelligence part of system. So with experts' knowledge it can carry out scheme of power supply.
