摘　　要：目的研制安全有效的流行性感冒(流感)病毒裂解疫苗[Influenza Vaccine(Split Virion),Inactivated;lnfV-Sp]。方法将H1N1、H3N2和B型三株流感病毒分别接种鸡胚,收取尿囊液,经乙醚和聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(Triton X-100)裂解病毒,制成疫苗,电镜观察了流感病毒裂解效果,用美国癌症研究所选育的Swiss小鼠[(Institute of Cancer Research,ICRUS)(ICRUS)分送各国饲养实验,各国称为ICR小鼠]进行了疫苗的安全性和免疫学效果实验。结果电镜观察结果显示,裂解剂对病毒裂解完全,疫苗中无完整病毒颗粒,裂解效果好,疫苗具有良好的安全性和免疫原性。结论动物实验初步表明,该疫苗安全有效,为开展人体临床研究提供了依据。Objective To prepare a safe and effective split influenza virus vaccine. Methods Three strains of influenza virus （H1N1, H3N2 and B）were inoculated into chik embryo, using ether and Triton X-100 to split influeuza virus in allantie fluid to produce the vaccine, plited effect of the split influenza virus vaccine were observed by electron microscopy. The safety and immunity of vaccine were tested in mice. Results The results showed that under the electron microscopy, the virus partices are splited completely, the effect of spitting is good, and the desired immunological effect was observed. Conclusion Animal tests showed that the split influenza virus vaccine is safe and effective initially, which provides good basis for human clinical studies in the future.
