痰热清注射液抑制HepG2细胞的研究

摘　　要：目的研究痰热清注射液对HepG2肝癌细胞株的抑制及对细胞周期的影响。方法采用MTT法检测痰热清注射液对HepG2肝癌细胞株的抑制,采用凯基细胞周期法检测该药对细胞周期的影响。结果痰热清注射液呈剂量依赖性抑制HepG2细胞,使细胞阻滞于G0/G1期,细胞DNA合成减少。结论痰热清注射液对肝癌细胞具有一定抑制作用,可能与使细胞阻滞于休眠期或DNA合成前期,导致细胞DNA合成减少有关。Objective To study cell cycle and inhibitory effects of Tanreqing Injection on HepG2 cell line.Methods Inhibitory effects of Tanreqing Injection on HepG2 cell line were examined by MTT.Cell cycle was examined by KGA Cell Cycle Detection Kit.Results Tanreqing Injection inhibited proliferation of HepG2 cells depending on the doses.The cells were inhibited in G0/G1 stage,cell DNA synthesis reduced.Conclusion Tanreqing Injection can inhibit HepG2 cell line,which may be related to block cells in quiescent stage or early DNA synthesis protophase,result in the decrease of cell DNA synthesis.
