中西医结合治疗对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗对维持性血液透析患者微炎症状况的影响。方法选择2010年1月-2012年12月在北京市房山区中医院治疗的维持性血液透析患者128例,将其随机分为对照组(63例)和研究组(65例)。对照组采用常规方法治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合中药治疗。观察两组患者的症状评分,以及治疗前后血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白的变化。结果与对照组症状积分[(15.2±3.4)分]比较,研究组症状积分[(10.5±2.6)分]明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后与对照组血红蛋白[(80.2±21.7)g/L]、血浆白蛋白[(39.2±11.2)g/L]以及C反应蛋白[(4.2±1.7)mg/dL]比较,研究组血红蛋白[(100.5±22.5)g/L]及血浆白蛋白[(47.4±10.9)g/L]升高,C反应蛋白[(2.1±0.8)mg/dL]下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可减轻肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者微炎症反应,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional integrated western medicine in treatment of microinflam mation in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 128 patients with maintenance hemodialysis,who treated in Fangshan Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from January 2010 to December 2012,were randomly divided into 2 groups.There were 63 cases in control group and 65 cases in study group.The patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in study group added traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）.Patients in two groups were observed with symptom integral,the change of hemoglobin and plasma-albumin before and after the treatment.Results Compared with the symptom integral of control group [（15.2 ±3.4） scores],the symptom integral of study group [（10.5±2.6） scores] decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Compared with the hemoglobin（80.2±21.7）g/L,plasma-albumin（39.2±11.2）g/L and C-reactive protein（4.2±1.7）mg/dL of control group,after treatment,the hemoglobin（100.5±22.5）g/L and plasma albumin（47.4±10.9）g/L increased,and the C-reactive protein（2.1±0.8）mg/dl decreased,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of traditional integrated western medicine can relieve the micro inflammatory reaction of renal failure patients with main tenance hemodialysis,so it worthy of clinical application.
