不同管理模式对消毒供应室护士防护意识的影响比较

摘　　要：目的探讨不同管理模式对消毒供应室护士防护意识的影响。方法对武威市人民医院2009年1月-2010年12月消毒供应室实施集中管理模式和分散管理模式的应用效果进行回顾性分析,比较实施两种管理模式后护士的考核合格率及护士报告安全事件率。结果通过对比分析,集中管理模式实施后护士的考核总合格率为100.0%,分散管理模式实施后护士的考核总合格率为90.0%,集中管理模式实施后护士的考核总合格率明显的高于分散管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。集中管理模式下护士报告安全事件率为13.3%,分散管理模式下护士报告安全事件率为40.0%,集中管理模式下护士报告安全事件率明显的低于分散管理模式,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室管理过程中实施集中管理模式能够有效提高护士的安全防护意识,降低安全事件的发生率,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the effects of different management models on protection consciousness of nurses in disinfection supply room.Methods The application effects of centralized management and decentralized manage ment in disinfection and supply room of People＇s Hospital of Wuwei City from January 2009 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Then the examination qualified rate and the nurses reporting security event rate after the two management modes implementation were compared.Results Through comparative analysis,after implementation of centralized management mode,the examination qualified rate was 100.0%;after implementation of decentralized man agement mode,the examination qualified rate was 90.0%;after implementation of centralized management mode,the examination qualified rate was significantly higher than that after implementation of decentralized management,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.After implementation of centralized management mode,nurses reporting security event rate was 13.3%;after implementation of decentralized management mode,nurses reporting security event rate was 40.0%;after implementation of centralized management mode,nurses reporting security event rate was signifi cantly lower than that after implementation of decentralized management,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Implementation of centralized management in disinfection supply room can effectively improve nurses protection consciousness,and reduce the occurrence of security incidents.It is worthy of clinical application.
