摘 要:对某地低品位碳酸锰矿进行了主要化学成分和锰物相分析,并以油酸为主要捕收剂、SDBS为增效剂、水玻璃为石英等硅酸盐矿物的抑制剂、碳酸钠为矿浆pH调整剂对该矿石进行了浮选工艺技术条件研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占90%的情况下,采用1粗2精1扫、中矿顺序返回的闭路流程处理该矿石,最终获得了锰品位为17.10%、锰回收率为87.65%的锰精矿。The main chemical composition analysis and Mn-phase analysis on a low-grade manganese carbonate ore were made. With oleie acid as collector, SDBS as synergist, sodium silicate as depressor of quartz and silicate minerals, and sodium carbonate as the regulator of Pulp pH value, the conditioning tests for flotation process are carried out. The results indicate that under the grinding fineness of the content of -0. 074 mm is 90% ,final manganese concentrate with Mn grade of 17.10% and Mn recovery of 87.65% was achieved by the closed-circuit process of one roughing-two cleanings-one scavenging and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn.
