摘　　要：聚苯胺是一种新型的金属防腐保护材料,因其具有独特的抗点蚀性能,广泛应用于金属材料防腐、化学工业上防腐、海港等重要领域的防腐和航天等严酷条件下的防腐。文章综述了聚苯胺的防腐机理及近年来在金属制品防腐保护方面的应用。聚苯胺复合涂料具有常规防腐涂料不可比拟的长效耐腐蚀能力和抗静电性等防腐性能,聚苯胺复合型防腐涂料已经成为防腐材料的发展方向。As a new anticorrosive protection material,polyaniline has been applied to the anticorrosion o{ metal ma- terials, chemical industry, harbor area and space flight. The deactivated mechanism and application of polyaniline in anticor- rosion of metals were reviewed in detail. Compared with traditional anticorrosive paints, polyaniline composite paint had in- comparable anticorrosive property with long-term corrosion resistance and antistatic ability, and was considered as the most promising anticorrosive material.
