摘 要:铋离子是继过渡金属离子和稀土离子之后,发现的第三类近红外波段激活离子,在先进的光学通讯、医学和天文学等方面有极大的应用潜力。铋离子掺杂玻璃的近红外荧光性能与发光机理是近年来研究的热点之一,本文综述了铋掺杂玻璃材料近红外荧光的研究进展,主要包括玻璃氧化物组成和制备工艺对玻璃近红外荧光性能的影响,以及影响性能机理的推测;并展望了铋掺杂玻璃材料的研究方向。Bismuth ions have been discovered as the third class of active ions, after transition-metal and rare-earth i- ons, in near infrared bands. It is possibly potential to apply in advanced optical communication systems,medicine and astro- physics. It is one of the research hotspot in recent years that the properties and mechanism of near infrared fluorescence in bismuth-doped glasses. The development of near infrared fluorescence in bismuth-doped glasses were reviewed, including the effect of glasses oxide composition and preparing process on near infrared fluorescence and inference for the mechanism. And then,we envisioned the studying directions of bismuth-doped glasses.
