摘 要:以ZnCl2和NaOH为主要原料,在低温条件下,采用水热法制备了ZnO晶须,并对晶须生长的反应条件及影响因素进行了研究。用X射线衍射,扫描电子显微镜,能谱仪等分析手段对ZnO晶须的结构和形貌进行了表征,同时还对氧化锌晶须的生长机理进行了探讨。结果表明,当反应物配比为:CZn2+∶COH-=1∶7;陈化温度为80~90℃,陈化时间为5h时,能得到纯度高、直径均匀的一维ZnO晶须。The ZnO whiskers were prepared by ZnCl2 and NaOH solution at low temperature using hydrothermal method. The reaction conditions and influencing factors of whisker growth were researched. X-ray diffraction, scanning e- lectron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy were used to characterize the structures and morphologies of ZnO whiskers,also the formation mechanism of the different morphology of whiskers were discussed. The results showed that the high purity and uniform diameter of one-dimensional ZnO whisker can be prepared. Conditions were explained by the following:the ratio of reactants was Czn2+ CoH=1:7;aging temperature was 80℃-90℃ and aging time was 5h.
