摘 要:以二乙烯苯为交联剂,过硫酸钾和亚硫酸钠为引发剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成对苯乙烯磺酸钠/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸/膨润土(SSS/AMPS/膨润土)吸水树脂。对制备条件进行优化,采用FT-IR对树脂结构进行表征,TG曲线表征树脂的热稳定性。结果表明:当AMPS质量分数为50%、交联剂用量为0.8%、引发剂用量为0.6%、膨润土用量为10%,反应温度为65℃时,在25%模拟水溶液中树脂的吸水倍率可以达到14.71g/g,强度最佳。树脂的耐热性能好,SEM图表明树脂表面呈现多孔状结构。The sodium p-styrenesulfonate-2-acrylamide-2-methyl propyl sulfonic acid-bentonite (SSS/AMPS/ben- tonite) polymer hydrogel was synthesized by water solution polymerization using divinylbenzene as crosslinker, potassium persulfate and sodium sulphite as initiator, sodium p-styrenesulfonate and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propyl sulfonic acid as monomers. The effects of mass ratio of AMPS, crosslinker, initiator, bentonite and reaction temperature on water absorben- cy and strength of the hydrogel were studied. The results showed the optimal conditions were as follow: the mass ratio of AMPS was 50%, the concentration of crosslinker was 0. 8%, the concentration of initiator was 0. 6%, the mass ratio of bentinite was 10%,the reaction temperature was 65℃. The water absorbency in 25% simulated water solution can reach 14. 71g·g-1, the strength was fit. The stability of the hydrogel under high temperature was well. The SEM pictures showed the surface of the hydrogeI had many deep and small capillaries.
