摘 要:利用硅烷偶联剂对超细CaCO3进行改性,通过直接共混的方法制备了超细CaCO3/SBS复合材料,采用多种技术手段研究了复合材料的力学性能、加工性能及耐老化性能变化。结果表明,改性后超细CaCO3在SBS体系中能形成网状结构,材料的拉伸性能、硬度及耐老化性能提高。当超细CaCO3含量为25%时,能获得综合性能优异的超细Ca-CO3/SBS复合材料。SBS/CaCO3 composite materials were prepared by direct blending methods after ultra fine CaCO3 was modified by silane coupling agent. Mechanical properties, processing properties and aging resistance properties of the mate- rials were studied by various methods. The results showed that tensile properties, hardness and aging resistance of the com- posites were increased due to the network structure of CaCO3 with SBS. The excellent mechanical properties, processing properties and aging resistance of the composites were obtained when filled content of modified CaCO3 was 25 percent.
