摘  要:按胎次、产奶量、泌乳期相近的原则选取40头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为对照组、试验I、II、III组,每组10头。试验开始后对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验各组每头奶牛日粮中分别添加200mg/d、300mg/d、400mg/d的大豆黄酮(DA),试验持续60d。分别在试验开始前和试验第10、30、60d尾静脉采血10mL分离血清,测定其谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)活性及尿素(UREA)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(CREA)含量。结果表明,日粮中添加DA能显著降低血清中ALT活性(P<0.05);各组之间血清中ALP、AST、γ-GT活性,UREA、UA、CREA含量不存在显著差异(P>0.05)。40 Chinese Holstein cows were selected according to birth, milk yield, and similar lactation and then divided into 4 groups randomly. These cows in 4 groups were fed with basic diet, basic diet plus 200,300,400 nag/day Daidzein, respectively; and the experimental period lasted for 60 days. Blood was collected on Day 0, 10, 30, 60 of experiment via tail vein to isolate serum. The activities of alanine aminotransferase ( ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and gamma -glutamyl transferase (y/-GT) and urea, uric acid and ereatinine contents in the serum were measured. Results show that the diets supplemented with DA can significantly reduce serum ALT activity ( P 〈 0.05 ), and there is no significant difference in serum ALP, AST, y/- GT activity and UREA, UA, CREA content (P 〉 0.05 ).
