摘 要:本文以玉米为材料,研究了不同种除草剂对种子发芽和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在试验区间内,除百草枯外,其余4种除草剂,随着其浓度的增加,幼苗的株高、根长、干重均有下降的趋势;除施田补随着处理浓度的增加,次生根数量逐渐减少外,其余4种除草剂处理次生根数量均高于对照;仅在中高浓度施田补或高浓度玉龙处理使种子的发芽率下降外,其余处理种子的发芽率均高于对照。在试验区间内,百草枯对玉米种子的发芽及其幼苗生长具有促进作用。Effect of different herbicides on seed germination and seedling growth of Maize was studied in this pa per. The results showed that, seedling height, root length, dry weight decreased with the increase of herbicides except Paraquat. At the same time, the number of secondary roots in 4 kinds of herbicide treatments was higher than CK while decreased with the concentration increase of Pendimethalin; Except for treatments by middle, high concentrations of Pendimethalin or high concentrations of "YULONG", seed germination rate by the remaining treatments was higher than that of the control. In short, seed germination and seedling growth of Maize were stim ulated by treatment of Paraquat among the experimental intervals.
