摘　　要：经济合同风险来自于合同内容及执行的各个方面。本文以合同文本风险为切入点,在探讨合同写前的准备、条款拟定注意事项的基础上,提出了规避风险的具体对策和措施。Economic contract risk comes from the contents of the contract and all aspects of the implementation.
