摘  要:目的探讨胎儿硬腭/牙槽骨的三维超声检查方法并评价其测量方法。方法采集14例11+0~13+6周胎儿颜面部的三维容积数据,旋转X、Y、Z轴并调整感兴趣区获取含硬腭/牙槽骨的容积层,运用混合重建模式显示硬腭/牙槽骨的形态,并对硬腭/牙槽骨的整体长度和宽度进行重复测量。结果 14例胎儿硬腭/牙槽骨整体显示率为100%。单一容积数据重复测量的硬腭/牙槽骨整体长的差值均值为-0.09mm,95%一致性界限为-0.40~0.21mm,宽的差值均值为-0.08mm,95%一致性界限为-0.72~0.56mm。不同容积数据重复测量的硬腭/牙槽骨整体长的差值均值为-0.14mm,95%一致性界限为-0.75~0.46mm,宽的差值均值为0.11mm,95%一致性界限为-1.23~1.46mm。结论 11+0~13+6周应用三维超声检查胎儿硬腭/牙槽骨发育简便可行,相关测量可重复性较好,可应用于临床。Objective To evaluate the method of three-dimensional ultrasonography in hard palate/alveolar bone of norrnal fetuses at 11+0 13+6 weeks. Methods 14 cases of three-dimensional craniofacial data were obtained. The volumes only containing hard palate/alveolar bone were obtained by rotating x/y/z axises and revising the size of region of interest, the morphology of hard palate/alveolar bone was demonstrated with render mixed mode, and the leghths and widths were measured twice respectively. Results The success rate of three-dimensional imaging of hard palate/ alveolar bone was 100%. The average of biases between the leghths measured at the same volumes was -0.09 mm, 95% limits of agreement -0.40 mm- 0.21 ram, and the average of biases between the widths was -0.08 ram, 95% limits of agreement -0.72 mm-0.56 mm. The average of biases between the leghths measured at the different volumes was -0.14 mm, 95% limits of agreement -0.75 mm-0.46 mm, and the average of biases between the widths was 0.11 mm, 95% limits of agreement -1.23 mm-1.46 mm. Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasonography is easy to evaluate hard palate/ alveolar bone in fetuses at 11 +0 13+6 weeks, and the relative measurements are reliable.
