考陶尔德情绪控制量表中文版的信度、效度分析

摘　　要：目的:建立考陶尔德情绪控制量表(CECS)的中文版,并分析其信、效度。方法:378名女性乳腺癌患者完成了CECS中文版及C型行为量表中的愤怒内向(Exin)、愤怒外向(Exout)和情绪控制(Con)3个分量表。结果:CECS中文版的Cronbach’sα系数为0.96;重测信度为0.82;总分与各因子的相关系数在0.92～0.95之间,各因子间的相关系数在0.75～0.85之间;条目对因子负荷系数在0.65～0.95之间,复相关系数在0.42～0.91之间;验证性因素分析的指标:NFI(0.948)、CFI(0.962)、TLI(0.955)、χ2/df(3.423)、RMSEA(0.080)均符合测量学要求;CECS总分及各因子分与C型行为分量表得分显著相关。结论:CECS中文版具有良好的信、效度。Objective： To develop the Chinese version of the Courtauld Emotional Control Scale（CECS） and examine its reliability and validity.Methods： A sample of 378 women with breast cancer was tested.Results： The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the CECS was 0.96;The test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.82;The correlation coefficients of the three factors with the total scale score ranged from 0.92 to 0.95,The correlation coefficients among the three factors ranged from 0.75 to 0.85;The factors loadings ranged from 0.65 to 0.95;The squared multiple correlations were 0.75-0.85;NFI（0.948）、CFI（0.962）、TLI（0.955）、χ2/df（3.423）、RMSEA（0.080）all met the criteria standards for adequacy of fit;The correlation coefficients of scores of the CECS and the counterparts in Type C behavior patterns scale were from 0.55 to 0.88.Conclusion： The Chinese version of the CECS is a reliable and valid measure.
