摘　　要：目的:对2000年以来我国心理健康预防性干预研究文献进行分析,反映我国心理健康预防性干预研究的现状与问题。方法:对2000-2011年发表的195篇心理健康预防性干预研究报告进行文献计量学分析和内容分析。结果:研究者多为学校背景,占67%。65.2%的研究采用了控制组(包括等组和不等组)前后测设计。在评估方式上,74.3%的研究结合使用了多种评估手段,包括多量表复合评估以及量表评估配合主观评价。不同背景研究者在研究设计、评估方式、干预内容及干预方式上存在差异。选择性预防干预和指示性预防干预的研究数量在2008年之后有增加趋势,而发展性干预和普遍性预防的研究数量在2008年后则有减少趋势。结论:我国心理健康预防性干预研究多数来自学校,干预对象也以学生为主,干预内容以针对高校学生群体的整体适应、个性和能力发展的发展性干预和一般性预防为主。未来应增强干预的理论基础、拓展干预对象的范围以及对干预效果及局限性加以总结和改进。Objectvie： To investigate the current situation of mental health prevention intervention researches in China.Methods： Content analysis of 195 research reports on prevention intervention published from 2000 to 2011 was conducted.Results： The results showed that the practitioners were mostly from educational institutes（67%）,and from the east and the north part of China.65.2% researches used control group and pretest-posttest design.Multiple assessments were used in 74.3% researches including application of multiple questionnaires and application of questionnaires and subjective evaluation.Researchers of different working backgrounds had significant differences in research design,ways of assessment,intervention content and ways of intervention.Selective prevention and indicated prevention researches increased after 2008 whereas developmental intervention and general prevention decreased after 2008.Conclusion： Mental health prevention intervention researchers in China are mostly from educational background,and the main part of the intervention subjects are students.Interventions aiming at general adaptation,and personality development of students in colleges and universities are the main trends in Chinese mental health prevention intervention researches.Future researchers should pay more attentions to the theoretical base of interventions,variety of intervention subjects.
