摘  要:三峡左岸电站厂房水轮机层 6 7.0 0m高程以上的上部结构为上下游混凝土实体墙 ,屋盖为网架结构。墙体上布置 2台 12 5t小桥机和 2台 12 0 0t大桥机。作用在上部结构上的桥机轮压等荷载数值大 ,组合复杂 ,墙体的变形又必须满足桥机正常运行对轨顶侧向位移值的要求 ,网架必须将上下游墙体连接成一个整体结构。网架设计分为两步 :单独分析和上部结构整体分析。单独分析选定网架的结构型式、网格尺寸、杆件型号、接点型式等。整体分析计算了上下游墙体的变形与内力 ,网架传递的水平力大小 ,复核了网架杆件内力 ,研究了网架的支承方式。The upper structure of the Three Gorges Project's left powerhouse above the elevation of 67.00 m at the hydraulic turbine storey is composed of an upstream and a downstream solid concrete wall,and a net-framed roof.Two small bridge cranes,each has a hoisting capacity of 125 t,and two large bridge cranes,each has a hoisting capacity of 1 200 t,are arranged on the concrete walls.Because heavy loads from the wheel pressure of bridge cranes,etc.,are exerted on the upper structure,the load composition is very complicated and the deformation of the walls should also meet the requirement of the lateral displacement of the bridge crane tracks for the normal operation of the bridge cranes,the net frame should connect the upstream and downstream walls to make them an integral structure.The net frame is designed in two steps:a separate analysis of the net frame and a comprehensive analysis of the whole upper structure.The separate analysis is conducted to select the structural type,mesh size,member specificafions and joint model of the net frame.The comprehensive analysis is conducted to compute the deformation and internal forces of the upstream and downstream walls,compute the horizontal forces transferred from the net frame,check the internal forces of the net frame members,and investigate the support type of the net frame.
