摘　　要：我国已全面实施政府绿色采购制度5年,这5年中我国的政府绿色采购良性发展,在经济、生态环境和社会多方面都取得了成效,且逐渐与国际接轨。"十二五"时期,政府绿色采购被列入国家中长期发展规划中,这预示着我国的政府绿色采购必将站在新的高度,迎来更快更好地发展。法律政策作为政府绿色采购最重要的基础,对其进行全面分析和识别对于政府绿色采购的进一步发展具有重要意义。文章首先对当前我国政府绿色采购的形势进行审视,其次从法律法规、宏观政策、产品政策、技术政策和管理政策五个角度,系统地分析了我国政府绿色采购相关的法律政策,并提出进一步完善我国政府绿色采购的政策发展建议,以进一步规范我国的政府绿色采购,促进其实现更好的长远发展。China has fully implemented the green public procurement system for five years, during which China green public procurement developed well, achieved much success in the economic, ecological, environmental and social aspects, and gradually brought in line with the international standards. In the ＂Twelfth Five-year＂ period, the green public procurement has been listed in the national medium and long-term development plan, indicating that the green public procurement will develop faster and batter at the new stage. Laws and policies, as the most important foundation of the green public procurement, should be carried on the comprehensive analysis and recognition for the further development of the green public procurement. In this paper, firstly survey the current situation of the green public procurement, then systematically analyze the legal policy of the green public procurement from five aspects： laws, macro policies, green products policies, technology policies and management policies, then put forward suggestions to improving policy of the green public procurement, so that further standardize China＇s green public procurement and promote its better development.
