干玉米秸与花生蔓及精料在奶牛日粮中最佳配比研究

摘  要:为了探讨干玉米秸与花生蔓及精料在奶牛日粮中最佳配比,本研究将干玉米秸与花生蔓、干玉米秸花生蔓最优组合与精料分别以0∶100、10∶90、20∶80、30∶70、40∶60、50∶50、60∶40、70∶30、80∶20、90∶10、100∶0的比例进行组合,利用体外瘤胃发酵技术,测定48 h产气量、微生物蛋白产量与干物质降解率的单项组合效应指数和多项组合效应指数。结果表明:(1)在干玉米秸与花生蔓的不同比例组合中,单项及多项组合效应指数均以干玉米秸占80%时最大(P<0.01);(2)在干玉米秸和花生蔓最优组合(80∶20)与精料的不同比例组合中,单项及多项组合效应指数均以干玉米秸和花生蔓最优组合占70%时最大(P<0.01)。由此可见,在本试验条件下,干玉米秸、花生蔓与精料以56∶14∶30的比例组合为奶牛日粮中的最佳配比。The experiment was conducted to investigate the best proportions amang dry meize straw(DMS),peanut vine (PV) and concentrate (CC)in dairy cattle dietary.DMS and PV,the best combination of DMS-PV (BDP)and CC were mixed in ratios of 0:100,10:90,20:80,30:70,40:60,50:50,60:40,70:30,80:20,90:10,100:0, respectively.Rumen fermenta- tion in vitro was adopted to evaluate associated effects by analysis of single factor associative index (SFAEI)-AEGp, AEMGP, AEMCP and multiple factors associative effect index (MFAEI).The results showed as follows: (1)in different combination of DMS and PV,the 80:20 ratio of DMS to PV had the best SFAEI and MFAEI (P 〈 0.01); (2)in different combination between the best combination of the BDP and CC,the 70:30 ratio of the BDP to CC had the best SFAEI and MFAEI (P 〈 0.01).It could be concluded from the results that the combination of DMS:PV:CC=56:14:30 were proved the best proportions in dairy cattle dietary under the conditions of this experiment.
