摘　　要：针对国际BOT发电项目工程周期长、资金投入大、资金回收期长、风险高的特点,分析我国BOT发电项目中应注意的问题,提出在项目前期加强投资控制的具体措施:通过设置合理的电价机制,锁定投资项目收益,控制设计方案、承包成本以及设置合理的融资成本以锁定项目成本。In view of the characteristics of international BOT power projects such as long period,huge investment,long recovery period and high risk,the problems in China' s BOT power projects which should be highlighted are analyzed.Some measures for strengthening the investment control in the preliminary stage of the projects are put forward: to ensure project benefit by working out reasonable electricity price mechanism and to lock project cost by controlling design schemes,contracting cost and financing cost.The results may be reference for the investment control of international BOT power projects.
