摘 要:提出利用隔离型Buck类电路中的变压器漏感和增加的交叉耦合电容构成嵌入式滤波器实现输入电流的正向连续的思路。在分析已有带嵌入式滤波变换器的基础上,归纳出此类电路拓扑构成的一般规律,进而生成了带嵌入式滤波的半桥电路,并进行实验验证。实验结果表明:嵌入式滤波半桥电路能正常工作,输入电流正向连续,开关器件电流应力降低,比传统的半桥电路功率密度高。在多数工况下,效率均高于传统的半桥电路。The method of adding a built-in filter to the isolated converter to achieve a continuous input current was employed. The built-in filter was composed of transformer leakage inductor and cross-coupling capacitor. Based on the synthesis method of these topologies with built-in filter, a half-bridge DC/DC converter with built-in filter was generated. This prototype was built in our lab to verify the synthesizing theory. All the experimental results showed that the half-bridge converter with built-in filter can achieve the continuous current and acquire lower current stress of the switch, higher power density. In most conditions, the efficiency of the converter with built-in filter is higher than that of the traditional half-bridge converter.
