摘  要:针对太阳光谱采集过程中光谱仪镜筒固定而无法实现跟踪采集的问题,研制一种基于太阳跟踪的自动光谱采集系统。采用四象限传感器作为太阳跟踪探测器,实时跟踪定位太阳方位角,并利用探测器输出的光电信息进行计算,进而控制电机转动,利用反射镜把任意时刻的太阳光反射到光谱仪的镜筒,实现了太阳光谱的连续采集。实验验证,该系统运行稳定,可靠性高,精度在0.05°以内。A kind of automatic spectrum collecting system based on the sun-tracking was proposed, the Four- quadrant detector as the detector to tracing the solar were adopted and locating the orientation of it by calculating the information of the detector and basing on this to control the stepper motor to adjust the position of the tracing system. Once the tracing system locate the orientation of the sun, the reflector of this system can reflect the spectrum of solar to the column of spectrograph immediately which means the system achieve the spectrum collecting uninterruptedly. Through a series of experiments application, the instrument has the advantage of good reliability, high stability and it can achieve within 0. 05°~ precision.
