早期高压氧治疗地震致脑外伤患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察高压氧早期综合治疗对地震致脑外伤患者的疗效。方法按是否接受了高压氧治疗的标准将41例脑外伤患者分为高压氧治疗组（高压氧组）和常规治疗组（常规组）。比较2组患者入院时和入院后1个月的格拉斯哥昏迷评分（Glasgow coma score，GCS），以及出院前2组患者的疗效。结果（1）2组患者在治疗前GCS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但在治疗后GCS评分均提高，差异有统计学意义（P=0．000），且在治疗后高压氧组评分（12．64±0．85）明显比常规组（10．89±1．20）高，差异有统计学意义（P=0．000）。（2）高压氧组的治愈显效率（77．3％）明显高于常规组（47．4％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期高压氧治疗对促进地震致脑外伤患者的苏醒具有明显疗效，有助于患者恢复。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of early comprehensive hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） therapy on trauma patients inflicted by the earthquake. Methods In accordance with the criteria of whether or not the patients had received HBO therapy, 41 cerebral trauma patients were divided into the HBO group and the routine therapy group. Glasgow coma scores （GCS） of the patients in the 2 groups measured both at the time of admission and one month after admission were compared. Therapeutic effects observed in the patients of both groups at the time of discharge were also compared. Results （ 1 ） No statistical significance in the differences of GCS measured before treatment could be noted for both groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） , however, GCS all increased after treatment, with statistical significance （P = 0. 000）. Moreover, the scores of the HBO group were obviously higher than those of the routine therapy group, with statistical significance （P = 0. 000）. （2） Significant effectual rate （77.3%） of the HBO group was apparently higher than that of the routine therapy group （47.4%）, with an obvious difference in statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Early HBO therapy could produce significant effects on the conscious recovery of patients inflicted with cerebral trauma during the earthquake, and would surely be helpful to early recovery of patients.
