摘 要:氟碳丙烯酸酯(氟丙)乳液是水乳胶涂料的主要成膜物质之一。为了提高其耐水性、附着力等性能,通过种子乳液聚合法将叔碳酸酯(VC)和氟碳丙烯酸酯(FA)功能单体引入丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,制备了核壳型叔碳改性氟丙乳液,采用透射电子显微镜、红外光谱、耐水性、附着力等对乳液及乳胶膜进行了测试表征,并考察了氟碳单体用量、叔碳单体加料方式及用量、核壳质量比对乳液聚合及乳胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:当氟碳单体用量为8%,叔碳单体加入壳中且用量为6%,核壳质量比为1∶1时,制备的乳液具有明显的核壳结构,乳胶膜接触角可达105.5°,吸水率仅为3.7%,附着力为1级。Versatate carbonate (VC) and fluorocarbon acrylate (FA) as functional monomers were introduced into acrylic copolymer emulsion to prepare core-shell structure fluorocarbon acrylate emulsion modified by VC. The micro-morphology and chemical structure of as-prepared emulsion were analyzed with a transmission electron microscope and an infrared spectrometer. The water resistance and adhesion to substrate of the modified emulsion and its coating were measured. Furthermore,the influences of amount of FC,feeding mode and amount of VC,and core/shell mass ratio on emulsion polymerization and the properties of as-prepared emulsion were investigated. Results indicated that the emulsion prepared at FA monomer dosage of 8%,VC monomer dosage of 6%,and core/shell mass ratio of 1 ∶ 1 possessed obvious core-shell structure, and the coating made of it had a water contact angle of 105. 5°,a water-absorption rate of only 3. 7%,and an adhesion of Grade 1.
