摘　　要：目的分析多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的卵巢颗粒细胞(GCs)中载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ(ApoA-Ⅰ)的表达情况。方法收集接受体外授精-胚胎移植治疗的20例PCOS患者(PCOS组)和20例对照组妇女的GCs和术前检查的血清。采用Westernblotting技术检测GCs中ApoA-Ⅰ蛋白表达;采用Real-time PCR技术检测GCs中ApoA-ⅠmRNA表达;采用免疫比浊法检测血清ApoA-Ⅰ水平。结果 PCOS组GCs中ApoA-Ⅰ蛋白及mRNA的表达均显著低于对照组(P<0.001,P<0.01),PCOS组血清ApoA-Ⅰ水平亦显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PCOS患者GCs中ApoA-Ⅰ表达下调。Objective To investigate the expression of apolipoprotein A-I （ApoA-I ） in granulosa cells （GCs） of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods Forty women undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer were divided into PCOS group （n = 20） and control group （ n = 20）, and serum samples on preoperative examination day and GCs samples were collected. The expression of ApoA- I protein in GCs was detected by Western blotting, the expression of ApoA- I mRNA in GCs was determined by Real-time PCR, and the serum level of ApoA- I was measured by immunoturbidimetry. Results The expression of ApoA- I protein and mRNA in GCs in PCOS group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈0.001, P 〈0.01）, and the serum level of ApoA-I in PCOS group was also significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of ApoA- I is down-regulated in GCs in patients with PCOS.
