胱抑素C与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性研究

摘　　要：采用微粒子增强比浊法检测114例2型糖尿病不伴视网膜病变患者（A组）和105例2型糖尿病伴视网膜病变患者（B组）血清胱抑素C水平，并选47名正常健康者作为对照组（NC组）。结果显示，B组血清胱抑素C水平明显高于NC组和A组（均P＜0.05），A组与NC组间血清胱抑素C水平无统计学差异；Logistic多元逐步回归分析表明血清胱抑素C、胆固醇和收缩压是影响2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变发生的独立危险因素（均P〈0.05），提示检测血清胱抑素C水平对糖尿病视网膜病变的早期诊断和防治可能具有一定的临床指导意义。Serum cystatin C levels were measured by microparticle enhanced turbidimetry in 114 type 2 diabetic patients without retinopathy（group A） and 105 type 2 diabetic patients with retinopathy（group B）, as well as 47 normal healthy individuals as controls（group NC）.The results showed that the serum cystatin C level of group B was much higher than those of group NC and group A （P〈0.05）. However, there was no difference in serum cystatin C level between group NC and group A. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that serum levels of cystatin C and cholesterol, and systemic blood pressure were independent risk factors of diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetic patients（all P〈0.05）,suggesting that detection of serum cystatin C level may play an important role in early diagnosis and prevention of diabetic retinopathy.
