摘　　要：总结1例甲状腺功能减退合并大量腹水并伴有血CA125明显升高患者的诊治经验，探讨大量腹水生成、CA125升高的机制，提出诊断线索和鉴别要点。The experience of diagnosis and treatment in a case of hypothyroidism with severe ascites and extremely elevated blood CA125 levle was summarized, the mechanism for severe ascites and extremely elevated blood CA125 were discussed, and the diagnosis clues and the main points of differential diagnosis were proposed.
