摘 要:以一台电控高压共轨柴油机为样机,研究了发动机燃用纯柴油和天然气制油(GTL)时,在恒转矩变转速工况下NOx、HC、CO和颗粒的瞬态排放.结果表明,燃用纯柴油时,随转速升高,NOx瞬态排放持续下降,HC、CO和颗粒数量等瞬态排放大都持续增加.高转矩时不论增转速或者减转速工况,瞬态过程初期的颗粒数量排放都有明显上升.燃用GTL柴油时,不论在高转矩或者低转矩工况下,HC、颗粒数量等瞬态排放都显著低于纯柴油;低转矩工况下CO瞬态排放明显低于纯柴油,NOx瞬态排放略低于纯柴油,而高转矩工况下CO、NOx的瞬态排放与纯柴油基本相当.从瞬态过程来看,低转矩时燃用GTL柴油的HC、CO和颗粒数量等瞬态排放变化趋势与纯柴油差异较大,而高转矩时则基本类似.Emission characteristics of NOx,HC,CO and particle number of an electronic control highpressure diesel engine with gas-to-liquids(GTL)fuel,are studied during transient operating condition at constant torques.Results show that when fueled with the pure diesel fuel,the transient NOx emissions decrease with the increase of engine speed,while HC,CO and particle number are largely increased.At high torque operating conditions,the particle number increases significantly during the early stage of transient process regardless of engine speed.When fueled with the GTL fuel,the emissions of HC and particle number are much lower than those of pure diesel under all transient operating conditions.Under low torque operating conditions,the transient CO emission is much lower than that of pure diesel and NOx emissions are slightly lower.Under high torque operating conditions,the transient CO and NOxemissions are close to those of pure diesel fuel.In the transient process,the emissions of HC,CO and particle number show the distinct difference between GTL and pure diesel under low torque operating conditions,but are close under high torque operating conditions.
